By using IQInvest you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Educational use only — not financial advice
IQInvest provides information, analytics, and educational content. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer, or a solicitation. Letter grades and model outputs are opinions generated by software, not recommendations personalized to your circumstances. Always do your own research and consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
3. No warranty on data
Market data is supplied by third parties, may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Hypothetical results (backtests, DCF models, simulations) do not represent actual trading and have inherent limitations.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQInvest and its operators are not liable for any losses — including investment losses — arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or its data.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, automated bulk requests, or attempts to disrupt operation).
6. Intellectual property
The IQInvest name, design, scoring methodology, and content are owned by IQInvest. You may use analysis output for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Changes to the service
Features may change or be discontinued at any time. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date.
